One day late, but I want to share some verses that reveals what it is, for me, to be a woman.
I hope it encourages you!
"They say POWER for women is independency,
God says that is good to depend on Him. There is no shame in it.
They say "You dont need anyone, shine yourself",
He says communion is beautiful and it is ok to need help.
Womanhood has been defined and redefined many times.
But the Word, the One who was made flesh never change His mind.
And He says who I am: Loved, unique, his.
I can be strong without weakining others.
I can shine and don't diminish my brothers.
The sands of time can change culture, "rights" or perspective.
But the woman that is firm on the Rock will never be deceived.
He made me beautiful and powerful in a personal way.
His love is not opressive. He bleeded for my own sake.
I dont need to feel I am less because I am not the boss.
I don't need to feel a failure because I chose my home instead of a fancy job.
Being a woman on God's terms is beautiful and, truly, there is no other way.
Freedom is what He says."

I was lost. His love found me!
