How are you doing? I hope you are all doing well!
Today I want to share with you an amazing thing that God is doing in Brazil( and also in other nations!).
January 31, in five states, the church of Christ GOT TOGETHER TO PRAISE JESUS! It was an amazing time, folks.
We prayed over our nation, we repented of our sins and the sins of Brazil and the declare over our nation that Jesus is our Lord and King!
It was not just an Christian event, you know. It was a solemn gathering, an assembly to commit ourselves with a life that honors God, to commit with the mission to announce God’s work of salvation through Christ Jesus!
People were ON FIRE! It was so powerful! We gathered in five cities: Belo Horizonte MG, Belém-PA, Curitiba-PR, Goiania-GO and Recife-PE, where I was with my daughter!
We prayed with the Governor of Pernambuco, we prayed for God’s move in that city and state and also, to God activate the youth to live a MISSIONARY LIFESTYLE, preaching and announcing Jesus in their school, university, neighborhood.
Man, what a great day! It was my second The Send and it was memorable!
Wherever you live, I pray that the Glory and salvation of God will be poured out in your life, in your nation, just like He is moving in Brazil. Great things are happening.
God is moving the hearts of His people. I believe in this great awakening that will happen in our time, in our generation. No more compromise the gospel, we will live fully for Christ, for the Glory of God!
You can choose today, right now, to surrender your life to Christ AND TO LIVE FOR HIS GLORY. To live for the purpose He created you for.
The thing is, Jesus didn’t die on the cross and ressurrected just for you to be saved and go to heaven. He inaugurated God’s kingdom on this earth, so we can live a plentiful life, so we can expande His influence and power in every area of our lives and the scenario we belong.
We are praying, hoping and acting for a real and powerful move of God in Education, Govermnent, Culture, Family , Church, Communication and so on…
I know that there are some people, even in the church, that don’t believe in this. But let me tell you: Jesus called you and me to INFLUENCE our workplace, our family, school, neighbors. We are called to be LIGHT of the world and SALT of the earth.
To be church wherever we go, not just inside a building, You are CALLED FOR MORE.
I pray that God will reveal himself to you and show you what you are created for.
Maybe your calling is to be a great journalist, someone who will be courageous enough to speak the truth, instead of publishing lies just to conform with the system. Maybe God called you to be a amazing mom, to take care of your children and raise them in the ways of God, instead of outsource their upbringing so you can work 9 hours.
Or, you are called to be an excellent architect, to help poor people to have a home and trasform entire cities with a great project. We are called for more. Jesus is calling you for a great purpose!
You can answer Him today. Just pray and ask for His direction. He can and will do amazing things through your life.
