Hello friend!
We have come to the end of one more year. Maybe it was a tough year for you or maybe, you accompplished some of your dreams! Either way, I believe each and every one of us had some battles to fight!
As I was recaling some events of this year and went through some notes, wich I do every year, I could recall some words, dreams(literal dreams) and promises I took note in 2025, I could see how good and faithful God is!
My biggest challenge, I think, is to practice this mindset of GRATITUTE,despite of any and every circumstance.
Even when things don’t go the way I wanted, God is always ready and near to guide me through it all, no matter what I am going through!
He sees me. He cares.
If you do not have the habit of journaling, I strongly recommend it! It is very encouraging to look back and be able to see how we evolved and also, how many times God answered our prayes and fulfilled His promises!
I don’t know what 2026 will bring in my way, but this I know: God is faithful and present, year after year.
I trully believe that, for those who are seeking, He will reveal himself. For those looking out for truth and meaning, God is and always will be , the answer!
It’s a matter of choice, in the of the day, what kind of year and, ultimatelly, what kind of life do you want to live! You can lean on your own understanding( and go completelly nuts) OR you can lean on God!
I can assure you this: He will never disappoint you!
So, this is just a quick reminder that, if you are struggling about what’s coming ahead, what the future holds, there are security and rest in God’s Presence. It’s up to you, to choose Him or not.
Anyway, I am not saying that choosing Jesus means a perfect, easy life. Not at all. But if you are tired of emptiness and lack of purpose, this is your wake up call! God is the only way, he is the only answer for our aching heart.
This is about relationship, intimacy with God. Not religiosity.
I pray that, this new year, you find the answer you are looking for. That, for those being really honest in the quest for truth, the answer will hit you, so deeply, that will change your life forever.
Seek God, while He still can be found.
Isaiah 61 talks about the mission Jesus came to accomplish, and He finished! Just make a honest call to him. You will not regret it.
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.”
